I using abp 6.5

These tags are missing from the AbpWeb-pt-BR.xml file. The values below are already translated to pt-BR

	<text name="DefaultError" value="Ocorreu um erro!" />
	<text name="DefaultErrorDetail" value="Detalhes do erro não foram informados pelo servidor." />
	<text name="DefaultError401" value="Você não está autenticado!" />
	<text name="DefaultErrorDetail401" value="Você deve estar autenticado (fazer login) antes de efetuar esta operação." />
	<text name="DefaultError403" value="Você não está autorizado!" />
	<text name="DefaultErrorDetail403" value="Você não possui a permissão necessária para esta operação." />
	<text name="DefaultError404" value="Recurso não encontrado!" />
	<text name="DefaultErrorDetail404" value="O Recurso requisitado não foi encontrado no servidor." />
	<text name="EntityNotFound" value="A entidade {0} não foi encontrada para o id = {1}!" />

I try to fork and PR but I don't have permission. So I'm trying to help out here. If there is a way for me to do this PR, please show me where I can find documentation for the correct process.

Thanks
