Download demo AND map #136

When downloading a demo, download map, too, if map is not available, otherwise demo would not be played as expected.

Steps to reproduce:
0. Assuming you would not have the map of the recent demo.

Join to one of the servers of Iguana.
Press F10 (download last demo)
Play demo.

This issue still persists in 1.3.

But wasn't spectatemode 6 removed?
