Maybe interesting that player (optionally) can select your team, instead assign the player to a random team.

If teams are at a odd number of players, say 6-5, and you're on the team with the higher value, 6 in this case, you can manually switch to the opposing team by either going to the online multiplayer menu, then clicking the button Change to the enemy team, or manually typing in the chat command /changeteam.
Alternatively, team choosing can be unrestricted if the server option autoteam is set to off.
