숫자만 입력을 받는다면 문자열이 입력되었을때 에러는 뭘로 해야 할까요?

엥 그러면 예를 들어 "1"을 입력하면 이게 숫자인지 문자열인지 구분은 어떻게 하나요?

아 상추님 파이썬3 구현체 입력에 문자입력하면 오류나면서 멈추던데요

그렇다면 숫자 입력과 문자 입력을 구분하는 기준은 무엇인가요
