We should point users to https://astro-sdk-python.readthedocs.io/en/stable/operators.html and not the "latest" docs. Those docs should be for dev only

We should point users to https://astro-sdk-python.readthedocs.io/en/stable/operators.html and not the "latest" docs. Those docs should be for dev only (cherry picked from commit 747b0a3)
