This would be for legacy purposes and to keep track of the issues that have already been taken care of.

Cool. I am assigning you the issue.

Take a look at https://initiative.astrosonic.tech/ where the site is hosted. It predominantly lists only the OPEN issues. We would want to list the CLOSED issues as well.
