Name the new concept
High angular resolution

Describe the concept
This concept was originally in ASK, and has no direct comparison in UAT.
From ASK:
Astronomical Instrumentation, Methods and Techniques

response from Dr Guglielmino:

High angular resolution in "instrumentation" should be used when you're planning a new instrument able to reach a better resolution

Using the same concept under "technique" category, I would say that you're using a instrument with state-of-the-art resolution capabilities or you're exploiting a technique to achieve such a better resolution

"High angular resolution" added under "Astronomy techniques" to address the lack of this concept wrt ASK. Could potentially add a related concept under instrumentation if needed later on.
