refresh page is not working Ie browser

hi,
the url (http://localhost/rw2011/#/about-us) having in ie browser, but i refresh this page its first loading home page(http://localhost/rw2011/) and then goes to target page.

please help me without loading home page, how to achieve the target page. And also in that page having the top page link, if i click the link it goes to top of the page but the url like http://localhost/rw2011/#top
