We want to move the atscm project to the atvise GitHub organization.

Steps necessary (more to come):

Add remaining packages with own repo to monorepo:
- atscm-cli
- server-scripts
Update documentation
- Cannot use GitHub pages for the atscm org any more, deploy to Repo GitHub pages (gh-pages branch in this repo)
