Check if wireguard connection is changed outside of indicator and update indicator accordingly

Hi,

First of all, very nice add-on! Appreciate the hard work.

The only thing it is missing (for me) is that de status icon and the on/off switch is not changing on a refresh if I manage the wireguard connection outside of the indicator.

For example, im also using a desktop shortcut to stop or start the wg-quick@wg0.service with a script. If I do that the toggle isn't updating/refreshing.

Would be great if you can add this feature :)
