Tried http://tikr.com/ on Debian 10 - opening correctly. This error is related to TLS possibilities of server OS. Do you have all Windows updates installed? WebOne on Win7/2008R2 needs at least all updates until January, 2020 (I don't know are ESU updates need or not, probably not required).

Update solved it, could you add some more details for UnknownError?

The nearest version will have hints on error messages, including UnknownError. Now the code is in Git.
