[vim] Window doesn't scroll to cursor location

In no-wrap mode, When I use $ or 0, to get the cursor goto beginning and end of line, the window does not scroll towards to the location of the cursor, One has to manually scroll

The same for scrolling up and down. Using / for finding text the cursor moves there but the window doesn't scroll to there.
