LINQPadless has built-in templates for bootstrapping batches for the C# script (csi.cmd) and executable (exe.cmd) scenarios. The user should be able to supply their own template batch with a command-line option (e.g. --cmd PATH and/or --bat PATH).

Abandoning this idea since version 2 uses a completely different and x-plat strategy.
