Could we change "should be at most 240 character(s)" to "Your bio may not exceed 240 characters."

Reopening this because I'm realizing we need to better standardize these error messages. I think our options are "[Field]s shouldn't exceed X characters.", "[Field]s may not exceed X characters.", "Minimum X characters"/"Maximum X characters."
