The current copy for the warning for a blank short description (on the Upload New Media page) is "can't be blank". Can you change that to "Media descriptions can't be blank. Describe what the media depicts. Why is it relevant?"

Ok sorry could we actually just do "Media descriptions should be between 8 and 240 characters."? The current copy, "Media descriptions should be between 8 and 240 characters. Describe what the media depicts. Why is it relevant?," looks too chunky in the interface.
