Non-existing dialog2

Clicking the "slow loading modal dialog" link at http://thesociable.github.com/dbootstrap/ causes a
"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'show' of undefined"

dijit.byId('dialog2') returns null.

I removed that dialog implementation as wanted to allow the demo app to run without a 'server'. I'll either remove the button for that dropdown altogether or add in a simple serve of the file required for the dynamic load.
