Related to #133. This would improve the browseability of an existing codebase.
The docstrings could be either extracted by attempting to parse the
.hsfiles directly in atom, or by ingesting the output of thehaddocktool.Some prototype work is in this pull request: atom-haskell-archive/haskell-ghc-mod#166
