Add a message to the background when there is no buffer open

Would be good to show something when nothing is open.

@kevinsawicki had an interesting idea: make it rotate tips like: cmd-o allows you to open a direcotry, etc

Should be a package.

@gjtorikian had an issue on this a while ago, but I cant find it.

Ok there is https://github.com/atom/background-tips. Add tips. I added a few, but they could likely be improved.
