Network file issue

Hi,

I am having issues with Atom opening files from network paths. When i try to open an ini file from the network i just get a blank editor window with no text even though i know the file has data. I have also noticed that the path is added twice to the tootip when hovering over the tab. I wonder if this is the problem with opening the file. If i copy the file locally then it opens without any issues.

Windows 7 x64. Atom version 0.115.0
