Nothing happens when clicking "Go to Declaration"

I've tried right-clicking a method call in both Ruby and PHP and then selecting "Go to Declaration". Nothing happens. Nothing shows up in the developer tools console. The same thing happens in safe mode.

Using 0.129.0 on OS X

Do you have a tags file generated in the project already?

Aha, it's in a different project. Yes, this is a duplicate, closing this.

And no, I don't have a tags file yet, since I didn't understand that that was required.
