Can't rearrange tabs

Rearranging tabs on the top bar of my installation of atom sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. Here's a link to my settings:

@sbrl Ok, then this sounds like a problem with one of the packages you installed. You can either try disabling each one manually (if you don't have a lot of packages), or you can try using the package-cop package by @mark-hahn.

For future reference, I've discovered that it was the new-tab package that was causing the problem, and I have filed jerone/atom-new-tab#4. package-cop helped a lot - thanks 😄
