[request] Add config option to have Tree-View opened by default #67

For now it's annoying to Toggle the view each time I open Atom.

Atom should open the Tree View by default. The Tree View will only be hidden if you closed the it in your previous session. Atom will remember that state and reopen with it closed.

If this isn't the case feel free to reopen this.

Nope... the tree view is always closed when I start Atom. Also, this is impossible to open it when Atom start fresh (with no opened folder).

can confirm treeview is not opened by default on v0.103.0 in ubuntu 14.04 x64

@sinanm89 The tree view is currently shown only when you open a project. See #68 for a related issue.

Try starting Atom from the terminal from a specific folder, or opening a project with "File > Open".

It has been 1 year but seems there is no update so far? Tree view still doesn't open when I start Atom, have to install save_session package as a workaround...
