chore: write down some tips!

Just moving this from this issue: atomic-studio-org/Atomic-Studio#63

Whenever stuff is done, most likely would be a good idea to write down all the tips from bluefin + bazzite + custom ones.

Having this in this repo in specific might be a nice idea considering this will be a documentation center for Atomic Studio, ill try to use the info here to make a little blog in https://github.com/atomic-studio-org/website, too.
