Mein Bruder und ich können nix auf nem LAN Server Spielen bzw. meine LAN Welt wird bei ihn nicht angezeigt.

Das kommt stark drauf an welches Betriebssystem und eventuell andere Software eingesetzt werden. Im einfachsten Fall ist es nur die Windows Firewall, die da etwas blockiert. Die Einstellungen dazu findest du in der Systemsteuerung. Ansonsten wirken unter Windows auch häufig Programme wie Virenprogramme oder standalone Firewalls da mit rein.
Linux, BSD, MacOS etc sind wieder anders, da diese einen zu geringen Marktanteil haben lasse ich das jetzt mal außen vor. Ansonsten hilft Google da sicherlich gerne weiter ;)
