An alternative to context values is to use a parameter hierarchy from members with a set of predefined values. You can then use the value of this hierarchy in another measure and users will be able to pick one the values from the UI, but they won't be able to add custom values (not predefined) |

Hi, Thank you both very much for your answers. In fact, the use case is for Market Risk, we are receiving sensitivities data, related to two buckets fields (1D, 2D, ... 1Y... ) The aim is then to display the sensi values in "2D" to have an output like this : However, for some measures using sensi, we want to have a specific granularity for the buckets, ie for one analysis we only want to display sensi for 1D, 2D, 1W and 1M while for another, relevant buckets will be 1Y, 2Y, 5Y, and this for the same measure. For that case using filters would work but, in addition, we have all some custom buckets like >= 1Y that are created "on runtime" based on the grid chosen, that involves repillaring work.
By any chance, is the ability to add new custom context values planned for future Atoti releases ? Many thanks, |

Hello, Many thanks Alexis, I will have a look at that and let you know ! In any case it is very appreciable to have such a reactivity from the Atoti team!!! Great job! |

Hi,
Currently, I have a PostProcessor, implemented under Java AP, that I would like to migrate to Atoti. But its behaviour is based on a custom context value, provided by the user in the UI.
Thus, my question is, how to reproduce that within Atoti ?
I would like to know (if possible) how to set a new custom context value, like having for instance something like that
cube.shared_context["myCustomContextValue"] = 10
And then, being able to get this value back on the evaluation of my measure.
Many thanks,
