Format conversion functionality is finally taking shape!

This version adds format conversions, enabling use of previously unsupported printers.
Converting PDFs to PWG/URF raster requires you to install poppler-utils.
JPEG or PNG images will always be converted to PWG or URF raster, and rotated to fit the print media.
