Hi Attayeb and everyone!

Thank you for your work on adverse drug reaction prediction using toxicogenomics data in Open TG-GATES. I wish to reproduce your work and was wondering what would be a minimal python set up to do that? Particularly I am looking for:

  • One or two "as-is" input examples for the models
  • Model loading and inference code
  • Python package requirements (for example exact versions of tensorflow. scikit learn/scikit-learn-contrib/ optuna etc used) and any additional Python libraries required to pre-process the input as necessary.

Thank you!
