Add --print0 to history list #1274

Adding this enables tools like fzf to handle multiline commands, in the
same way that find -print0 | fzf --read0 does.

I'm happy to add documentation and changelog entries to this as suits you; just
let me know where to put them.

Thanks on that last! It kind of fell into my life; I didn't start it, but I am keeping it afloat.

Will this be in 17.0? When (roughly) will that be released? I'm gonna be happy to stop running a homebuild version :D

Absolutely!

When (roughly) will that be released?

Sometime in the next couple of weeks, time depending. There were some features (sync changes) I wanted to try and get in, but between myself + Conrad having some time off lately that didn't happen
