Make the script of starting nginx, janus-gatway by using self certification automatically

• All the demo in https://janus.conf.meetecho.com/videoroomtest.html can work after only using docker run
• the capability of injecting the janus-gateway, nginx config, from the local file when staring the above docker run command
• README.md for the clarification of the two above works

1. make build
2. make run
