Hello,

I have checked on issue #4 and followed all steps to enable Basic Auth system: User will be forced redirect to ethercalc/pagename/view.
But when i try to test by pasting ethercalc/pagename/edit, the page also display without any authentication request.

I'm very new on this project. Please kindly let me know if i missed some info.
Thanks and regards,
Max

Hi, did you enable a reverse nginx (or Apache) proxy and visit that intermediate reverse-proxying port?

If you visit directly the EtherCalc port then it will not ask for authentication requests.

If you need per-sheet sharing, please also consider http://sandstorm.io/ which comes with native EtherCalc support.

Hello Audrey,

Thanks for your answer.
Yes, i enabled nginx proxy inside apache/apache-proxy.conf . But also use port-forwarding on firewall, maybe it caused the problem.

Let me check and update the status for you?
