When bridging tokens from Ethereum to Near, or the other way around, we should add support to specify some arbitrary receiver. Notice the user initializing the transfer is able to finalize it even if it doesn't control the keys of the receiver.

However, there should be some warning/notification, when specifying other receiver different from the one we are logged in with, to avoid silly mistakes.
