A simple proyecto for sending a daily doc to anyone

To use -- 
set your config vars
GMAIL_USER and GMAIL_PASS
and PRIMER_SUBSCRIBERS - a list of who will receive the docs
and OFFSET_START - by default we start with the first doc on the first day of the year.
Add an OFFSET_START if you'd like to start later.
