White space on bottom when running/simulating on mobile device

After following the quick start and solving some issues with the angular-jwt installation, the only thing left bothering me is that when I use the lock widget on the mobile device, I get a white space on the bottom of it.

I think is something related to the error messages reserved space, because when there is a error, the widget becomes "full".

This happen with the both the ionic2-auth0 sample and my custom app (browser simulating and actual device).

@lricoy please try it with the latest Lock (10.2.x) since we fixed a similar issue in a previous version
