x509 dependency is not compatible with a newer node.

It seems in master fix is done for node 10 version, but in npm there is still the previous version.

@neemah you can work around with

npm install github:auth0/passport-wsfed-saml2#v4.0.0

That said, any plans to publish v4 to npm?
