Does auto-complete has feature similar to https://github.com/abo-abo/function-args/ ?
Or do you plan to support it?

function-args : tracking and displaying function prototype (possibly with it's overloaded form)

No.

This is possible by enabling global-semantic-idle-summary-mode from the CEDET package. The function/method signature appears in the minibuffer.
