Note that:

  1. There are no test aspects. Composed rules do not get test aspects
  2. Composed rules have a "composition procedure" instead of a "test procedure"
  3. The applicability is a copy of that from the video-transcript rule, as the other two rules have subsets of this applicability:

SC1-2-1+SC1-2-3-video-transcript applicability:

The rule applies to any [non-streaming][] video element [visible in the page][]

SC1-2-3+SC1-2-5-Video-description-track applicability:

The rule applies to any [non-streaming][] video element [visible in the page][] where the video contains [audio][] and a track element with a kind="description" attribute.

SC1-2-3+SC1-2-5-video-audio-description applicability:

The rule applies to any [non-streaming][] video element [visible in the page][] where the video contains [audio][].
