Description

Hi,
I'm trying to use YOLOX as the target model but could not find it Autodistill. Is there any possibility for YOLOX support in the near future?

Hello there! Thank you for submitting this Issue! We don't have YOLOX support on the roadmap right now, and we are focused on several new multimodal model releases (i.e. PaLiGemma). If you are interested in creating the target model, let us know and we'd be happy to help review and make it part of the Autodistill framework!

If we want to add YOLO-X to the autodistill target models, what is the best practice for implementing it? Should we create a new repository, similar to how other base or target models are implemented separately?

I found the answer in the contribution guide. No worries. Thank you. https://github.com/autodistill/autodistill/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md
