can anyone update goem.tracker file

You'd have to actually say what's out-of-date about it to get it fixed.

sorry about that.
It's announcing just fine, But wont download the torrent file, = file destination is not found and just times out.
I would have to paste the error as soonest i get the error to pop up again.

Edited out your comment due to it containing possibly private info. You should really send stuff like that by e-mail or come to IRC. You also should've provided the correct link to the same torrent that you showed the error for as well as providing the announce for it. I can't even begin to help with what was provided.
