Android: The Eclipse project is not an Android project.

When I checkout from SVN, I should be able to automatically load it into a 
context where the Android libs are provided. This is not currently the case.

The project is currently intended to create a jar, not an android-lib or 
android project.  We can discuss changing this.

The original reason for this is that android library projects cannot contain 
raw assets and the jar needed to contain the raw javascript files.
