IGV Versioner issue

Getting the following error when running the igv.pkg.recipe:

The following recipes failed:
igv.pkg.recipe
Error in com.github.moofit-recipes.pkg.IGV: Processor: Versioner: Error: File '/Users/USER/Library/AutoPkg/Cache/com.github.moofit-recipes.pkg.IGV/IGV/Applications/IGV_2.14.1.app/Contents/Info.plist' was not found.

Odd error because I can see the info.plist in the cache...
