flashing SD finished with error #7

hi.
These are last two lines I got when trying to flash the SD card. What I am doing wrong ?

tar: ./usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors

I think you've got a corrupted sd card. Try again with a brand new card.
