Should we have some sort of timeout on the tests?

I can't remember why I didn't implement it. But tape doesn't either. So must be a reason. If we do decide to implement it, it should be really high. I'm so annoyed of having to up the limit in Mocha for everything. The most important goal of ava IMHO is speed and good defaults.

Yeah, can be really high or disabled by default.
