ArgumentOutOfRangeException happens here https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia.ProControls/blob/b46a485ff275ec57e51502c3136e42bd111f4051/src/Avalonia.Controls.TreeDataGrid/Primitives/RealizedElementList.cs#L185
when not visible row is removed
