[BUG] Cannot edit/save structure on mobile devices

Description

In Firefox on Android, users can open up "Edit Structure" and interact with the SME. However, after adding a single timespan, I found that the Save Structure button fell below the SME popup box. I was able to finally scroll the page so I could just see it, but when clicked, it brought up the confirmation for deleting the timespan (was confused about what I was clicking on).

In Safari on iOS (iPhone), the SME just spins when I tried to load up "Edit Structure".

Not yet tested on iPad.

More modal woes. Lack of mobile support for our tools within the app should be in the documentation, and in the future we can come back to these and see about making them work in wider contexts.
