Windows

• Install PowerShell Core: https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/releases
• Enable local script execution:

  Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned 

• Run .\install.ps1 in PowerShell Core
