Show suggestion to view other categories when search yields no result #20

Currently when you search the database (a certain section), and no results are found, it displays an empty page below the section description.

It would be beneficial if this area contained a general 'No results found. Try searching another section?'

This way people are nudged towards looking at other sections, rather than assume a list doesn't exist on the DDB at all.
