lots of dll need to be tested

I've build all what I can but I can't test everything
So I made an archive with all DLL and I also put some 3rd party DLL but I'm not sure if it is a good idea.
The archive just contains the DLL, no help files, no installer.
I'll try to build a self installer later.

Gem.dll fresh binary for Windows

This have been build on Windows 7 with Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express

You may need some other dll beside Gem.dll to load it.
