Add a bar to display current CGPA and college recent notification

A small bar on the top can be added to display the current CGPA/SGPA. Additionally, in future notice or notification from college can be added. It can help in easy access by the user. It is kind request to assign it to someone deserving, I do not have the skills to do it at the moment (I wanted to add a suggestion only).

Hey, I can create a bar that displays your current CGPA and college recent notifications. The bar will be displayed at the top of the screen. The current CGPA will be displayed on the left side of the bar, and the recent notifications will be displayed on the right side of the bar.
Can you please assign this issue to me!
