Update of entities sync attributes in when subject type sync attribute changes, applies timestamp incompatible with sync strategy

As per our sync strategy number of entities with same last modified date time should not be more than the page size. Hence the expected behavior here is that the timestamps should be slightly apart. We could follow the same approach we do when we perform manual updates - which is to use the id of entity in the update clause along with current timestamp.
