Form Mapping Uniqueness Check Error

Scenario

• Get JSCS UAT org database on local
• Unvoid 41516 form mapping (this creates duplicate form mapping for exit form).
• Either from web app or via SQL try voiding again, the function gives error. If in the previous step you get error try to disable the function and then unvoid it. When it was done from the web app the attached stack trace was reported.

Expected

• During void this check should not fail as voiding can only improve uniqueness and introduce it
